Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! Came in because I had a gift certificate. When I first sat down he asked how was the water temp and I told him was too hot. He never changed it. So then I asked since I had a gift certificate for mani/​pedi but I only wanted a pedi could we do mine and my friends pedi and pay the difference well he refused to answer then tells me a regular pedi cost $ 39 I questioned him because another girl walks in and ask how much for a pedi and tells her $ 23! Anyways he finally says yes pedi is only $ 23 so he starts doing my pedicure and when he starts cutting at the cuticles he starts pulling up my skin on my right big toe I asked him to stop because it hurts he shoves my foot back in the water and it starts stinging so I tell him. He then yanks my foot out and my toe is bleeding he actually tried to hide it. Ugh I had to tell him to just stop and I had to tell him 5 – 6 times don’t touch me anymore … I will never ever go back here

Okay, very weird. My spouse and I came in to get pedicures and were both seated in stations. My feet were placed in boiling water and left there for about 15 minutes. My technician eventually came over and started the first 10 minutes of my service. She then got up and left to perform waxing on someone’s eyebrows, leaving my feet soaking in the water for another 15 minutes. 30 minutes into a service and no one actually came back? I rolled down my pants and went to the front to wait for my spouse to finish. This was a completely bizarre experience and I would not recommend.

Quickest mani-​pedi ever! The male nail tech Gene/​Jean was so busy looking out into the mall that he neglected to use cuticle cream before cutting my damn cuticles. Why do I have to remind him? He also failed to get all of the old nail polish off my nails. When I pointed it out, he smiled and patted my hand. Dude hardly understands English and I can barely understand him. My massage was 90 seconds tops. I barely had time to open my email and he was banging his fists loudly against the soles of my feet. Wtf is wrong with him? My paint job was so sloppy and thick I was thankful most of it wiped off in the bathroom. I repainted them myself at the drying station. Btw, they were not busy yet before my nails dried Gene was pounding the feet of another customer, 5 minutes away from collecting her payment. She looked unhappy too.
I used to love love love Le’s Nails and go every other week but this is the third time they have volunteered the WORST nail tech to attend to me. I vowed last time not return but I forgot.

I must say I have never had such a deep clean pedicure and callous scrub — I sure needed it! My husband had a great man’s pedi also very deep clean under big toes (thank goodness I didn’t have to do it) I like coming here and will be back for sure!

This place was horrible. Just wanted to get tips and the girl kept stopping. Maybe she was the manager but when people would come in she would stop mid way and help them. She even got up to clean 3 stations as I sat there waiting with my acrylics half done on one nail. When you do acrylics you have to do them fast to prevent air bubbles. Needless to say I’m never going back

I had my gel nail polish removed and changed for $ 30. It’s ridiculous. And the girl who did my nails is very rude as I was trying to tell her that my nails are not evenly coated. She started talking Vietnamese to her other co-​worker while shaking her head on me. Never going back again to this place.

For me, not sure if $ 50 is the norm for gel polish on acrylic nails But i love going there. The nail techs dont talk too much, the place looks very clean. My favorite nail tech is jennifer. The nail art she does are really nice and professional. Throughout my visit she asked if i was ok and if i liked my nails. Will definitely keep going back.

Not much of a mall here so thought I would stop in and get my nails done. $ 40 for a spa pedicure for about 30 minutes. The massage chairs are comfortable but the pedicure itself was a bit painful. I don’t think I have ever had a pedicure that actually sord of hurt. The polish was just okay, she missed a couple of spots. Not really impressed with this place.

Excellent service giving by Christy and the staff at Les Nails Salon today!
This is my third time coming to Les Nail Salon and honestly I think I’ve found a place thats reliable in giving perfect stiletto acrylic nails in record time. Probably under an hour.
*Pros*-The nail techs are very friendly and will remember you! (I worked in the mall about a year ago and I always use to get smiles from them as they’d pass by my store. I’ve unfortunately quit my job there and haven’t been to the mall in over a year, but needed a place to do my nails and get my eyebrows waxed, I remembered them and decided to take a chance with them and I’m glad I did. They remember me almost immediately and were very friendly and talkative.) (I always feel like remembering your customers or remembering someone’s face is a good quality to have when being in the customer service industry.)
Anyways when entering their establishment it’s a very clean and sterile environment with tools looking nice and put in place and the floors looking swept and mopped. They have a lot of mani and pedi stations and they seem to always be busy. They seem to enjoy what they’re doing and each staff member checked up on me and seem interested in what I was having done.
*Cons*- Because no one is perfect I would advise and recommend customers to be aware that even if you make a call and schedule an appointment sometime you will have to wait because they do get busy and sometime double book to get in customers. They sometime go over time with a customer depending on how long it takes and what the other customer wants done. So do have time on your hand.
I personally wouldn’t recommend getting waxed here because they don’t seem have any private rooms and they literally just sit you on a stool and do it in the far back.
If your having new acrylic nails done and still have your old ones on I’d also advise customers to take the existing ones off themselves as I’m not sure that they had the right tools or time to take them off there. In my first experience they just ripped them off. Ouch.
With all the pros and cons to weigh out, I still give this place 4 stars. Their service makes up for those small faults and the staff is pretty quick, but gives excellent service to their customers.
Ask for Christy when coming into the salon. She seems the most invested in what she’s doing.
All in all I will come here again to get my nails done.
Way to go Les Nail Salon. Keep up the good work and amazing service!

Let me begin by saying if I could give NO STARS I would. Now that you know where this review is headed… here’s the details to why I absolutely hated my manicure.
My friend and I came in looking to get two regular manicures. Nothing fancy. No gel. No design. (The manicurist didn’t seem too thrilled about that.) Both of our manicures took about 10 minutes from start to finish!!! They file, «shape,» and buff your nails in less than a minute and even proceeded to try and cut my friends already VERY short nails. Seriously? They would have probably rip skin if she didn’t stop them! They push back your cuticles and trim more than is necessary. Pro Tip: you should trim your cuticles upon necessity – it’s even better if you don’t trim at all! My cuticles are dry and worse than when I started and my friends cuticles are literally in pain because her manicurist cut too deep. The massage… oh my god… the massage! The shortest and worst massage ever. They literally just rubbed lotion on you. That’s it. It was like how you would put on your own daily lotion. Immediately after that, «wash your hands.» Uhm. okay? After I washed my hands they asked me to pay in advance. DON’T FALL FOR THIS TRICK! Pay after you’re satisfied because they have a «No Refund Policy.» I wish I didn’t pay in advance and I wish I didn’t give an advance tip.
Now to the nail polish application. They cake on THICK layers of polish and don’t paint over your entire nail! The layers are so thick that it seeps into your skin and they barely clean it up (please please look at my photos!) The top coat was blotchy, [thick], and did not cover the sides of my nail whatsoever! As our nails dried, the thickness of the polish caused it to wrinkle and bubble up because the polish on the tips of the nails were so much thicker than the rest.
Bottom line, WORST manicure ever. We ended up taking them off at home and re-​did it because of their no refund policy. What. The. F#%k!

I’ve been shopping around for a good place to get a mani & pedi and this place isn’t one of them. The gentleman who did my pedi didn’t do a half ass job but instead he did nothing… except for he when he did that thing to my calves. That was the only good part. But my feet isn’t soft. I came in because the skin on my feet were starting to peel. Well… it looks the same when I first went in. I even asked if he could shave the dead skin off but I guess there was lack of communication maybe because he didn’t speak English good because he only smiled and shook his head as if he were agreeing. And there’s the part where they «massage» your legs & feet… um…that was Nooooo massage it was more like light rubbing. I am not satisfied at all! But for his hardwork or lack there of I still tipped. I paid $ 39 for a Tropical deluxe pedicure that was really worth $ 15. A good pedicurist would have seen their work and not day dream out the window. Sorry but I’m not returning here for a pedi.

This was my first time ever getting my nails done. The staff was nice and and attentive. My nail tech didn’t talk much but that’s fine because I’m not much of a talker myself. She did a good job on my nails. Not sure I’m not completely happy about the sparkles on my nails, but I’ll admit it’s my own fault. Otherwise, OK service.

One of the younger girls at the salon did my nails. She was pushy about the gel and when I turned it down several times it seemed like she had an attitude from there on out. She rushed through my fill. She painted 3 very thick coats of nail polish on plus a top coat. She escorted me to the nail dryer and told me 15 minutes. After 30 minutes my nails were still very wet, barely even able to touch. I had to get up and ask someone what to do. They put a quick-​dry on my nails and told me 5 more minutes. After 10 minutes my nails were kind of tacky — but still hardly dry. They were also bubbling and wrinkling (I’m assuming from the FIVE coats of nail polish I had on at this point). I showed the girl who had originally painted them and she gave me an attitude — and offered to fix only ONE of the nails. I asked her if she could just put a glitter coat on top to disguise the bubbles and wrinkles — at this point I had been drying my nails for almost 45 minutes and just wanted to leave. I went to sit down for her to touch up with the glitter and she said no and motioned for me to stand. So I STOOD there as she added MORE nail polish. Ha! Back to the dryer with the instruction «dry more» — 10 minutes later she comes over and adds MORE nail polish (top coat on the added glitter) At this point I’ve lost an hour to «drying» my nails. I give up. I left with a layer of goopy bubbly wrinkly glittery nails. I have been here once before and the acrylics that I got all lifted around the edges within a few days. I should have known not to return. This visit just confirmed what I already knew — poor customer service for a poor product.

I used to like this place — now I will never go there again. Time before last I had a specific appointment with the manager, had to wait 25 minutes, then had to take a crappy substitute. Last visit, i was almost finished with my pedicure and my nail gal said oh I will be back in 5 minutes, well 17 minutes later I went looking for her and she was doing someone else’s nails — then she went to finish my nails and my husband was waiting, I said how long will it be she said oh only 10 minutes, well it was 25 minutes later and a crappy job. no tip for her and now I will never go back

Got a Mens manicure on Sunday, the quality of the work was very poor. No attention to detail, my nails look so rough and not even. I could have done better myself at home! How hard is a simple mens manicure? Just file, clip, and clear polish. I will NOT be back.

1^st time pretty good, 2^nd time I was given a pink «bow» that a kindergartner could’ve done. I asked her to remove it and do something else. She said my big toe nail was too small to do a design??? Really? That’s a first. Because of location I chose to go again for the 3^rd and last time. The guy couldn’t understand anything I said, just nodded and smiled. I asked for French tipped toes, he applied the white tip polish to my actual nail without a base coat or any other prep. I stopped him and asked, «aren’t you supposed to apply a clear coat before the white polish?» He couldn’t understand me so I had to ask another gentleman and was told,“No. Clear coat only after white tip. Nothing before white tip.” Seriously? Never seen it done that way before. I’ve always been told to base coat before white polish to protect the nail and allow white polish to stay on longer. Had to ask him to remove old polish from the edges of my fingernails before painting on new clear polish. Also had to ask him to smooth the edges of my nails as they were rough and jagged. Even the clear nail polish I had put on my fingers looked bad. Honestly I will buy the products and do the whole thing myself before I’d go back there!
